I had shattered my finger in a work accident and had to wear a removable cast. Only taking it off when taking a shower my skin got extremely dry. My Doctor suggested a skin moisturizer that looked more like Vasoline but didn't do much to moisturize my skin. My skin was hard and leathery. It felt like it was going to crack when I moved the rest of my hand. I had no choice but to peel off the dead skin and then coated it with this product after sanitizing it with hydrogen peroxide. Aveeno kept my skin moisturized and lively when my prescription cream couldn't. Using this product was the right choice.My skin feels amazing. I put it on my feet and hands before bed with socks and gloves on overnight. The next morning you have beautiful hands and feet! I love this stuff. This is the 2nd time I've ordered it and the prices is perfect. Last you 6 months!!!I bought this for my face without realizing it was a body moisturizer. Nonetheless I love it! I have dry skin and this quenches the thirsty-ness of my skin without being too heavy or sticky ! Plus it's lasting me a longggg time since the jar is HUGE .On her doctor's recommendation, we use this on my mother's skin. She is 92 and her arms and legs in particular get extremely dry and look like "lizard skin." This stuff is great!No scent is the way I like it. Aveeno was recommended to me by a skin specialist. I have used it for years. I prefer the jar to the tube. It moisturizes well. I am elderly and I was getting crinkly skin on my chest and wondered why. Oh, I didn't put moisturize on it! I started doing that and crinkles went away.ExcellentI buy this for my grandmother. She has very sensitive skin and this works great for her. It moisturizes without being greasy and keeps her skin softer longer.Product seems to do it's job. had to mix with another product for full skin repair after a few days,This product is one of the few moisturisers that helps with my skin condition.I’m reviewing it 1 star though as it makes me sick that Aveeno/amazon have hiked the price up by £5 during the Covid pandemic!This cream has literally changed my life. I’ve suffered from eczema all of my life and over the years it has steadily worsened. Topical steroids were a part of my daily routine as well as long term high strength antihistamines. I could hide most of my eczema with clothes but my face was something that always caused me much upset as it drew a lot of unwanted attention and unsolicited advice. After reading many good reviews about this cream, I decided to give it a go. I wasn’t expecting much as I have tried many lotions and potions (including a variety of other Aveeno products) over the years and been disappointed every time. After one week of using this cream my skin looked the best it had done for years. Nearly a month after using it, I was able to completely stop using topical steroids and no longer took antihistamines. I haven’t used steroids for months now. I am eczema-free. Never ever did I think this would be possible. I still use this cream morning and night and hope Aveeno never discontinue this wonderful product. Thank you Aveeno for giving me what I’ve always longer for - healthy skin.This is the best moisturiser I've used after years of trying what seems like everything else there is. It lasts a really long time and my skin doesn't seem to suffer when I keep washing my hands and reapplying the cream.My skin tends to become irritated by any moisturiser after a while using it (Even E45 is making me itch now!) but it seems to still be getting along with this Aveeno cream haha.If you're struggling with your eczema or just have really dry skin, bite the bullet for this pricey tub. You won't regret it.I absolutely love this! I have had eczema since I was born and have used everything and I mean everything!!!!! To try and help it. I switched to Aveeno products 2 years ago using the normal colloidal oatmeal cream and it has changed my life. But i still get dry skin in winter specifically on my back, I didnt think I could find anything more moisturising until I found this product. The smell is lovely and my back is sooo smooth from just 1 application. Amazing, love it!!!!!I am a longtime eczema sufferer who usually trusts the items i get on prescription from the doctor. However once a year i seem to get disillusioned and upset at the lack of progress and try something else (usually with poor results).However it was in one of these moods i decided to try this aveeno cream and boy am I happy I did!Although my eczema isn’t totally cleared after 3 weeks it is certainly looking a lot better and my skin is in much better shape. It has reduced a lot of the red patchy areas and removed some too. I have no doubt that the more I use aveeno my skin is getting better.After several years of putting up with poor skin and I finally feel it is on its way to being resolved.
