Works well for under scrubs. They don't make you too hot and they work well. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the seams are coming undone slightly at the wrists after just a few weeks, but I also work 12 hour shifts as a CNA and have to wash these a ton so I consider the quality ok. And the seams coming undone at the wrists doesn't make the shirt unwearable (at least for me).
