It's good shampoo, but this time they sent me the wrong size. It says 12oz, but I received an 8oz bottle. I let Amazon know and they said they'll make sure to fix the issue.I love this shampoo and conditioner, they are my favorite! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it's listed as a 12oz. bottle but it's only an 8oz. bottle.I didn't like the smell very much, and it's not the best moisturizing shampoo I've used. It might work great for someone else's hair though.item incorrectly describedI have super dry wavy hair. I decided to purchase as I wanted to go more natural way to care for my hair. I've been using Redken and Matrix products so far. Which didn't work for me in the long run leaving a lot of residue on my hair making it dry and frizzy, at the ends and very oily in the roots. I'm using Acure along with conditioner for a week now and I'm very very impressed! It's so gentle, I shampoo twice, rinse with cool water, then massage in the conditioner, really well, rinse with cool water after 5-10 min. I wash my hair every 2-3 days. Its silky soft and moisturized now, so easy to manage.No residue or build up on my hair. I also use Suave cleansing shampoo once every 1-2 weeks do deep clean my hair.I really like this shampoo and love the scent. I have curly, thick hair and this does a good job of cleaning my hair but also leaving my hair moisturized after washes, rather than feeling dry and unhealthy like a pantene or any drugstore shampoo would do. It also helps with my natural curls because it hydrates so well!I love the scent! It was listed in Men's Health magazine as one of top 7 products to treat men's hair loss. So far great product!When reading the negative comments on this product weighing hair down and having to wash more frequently, just realize that this product is not meant for all hair types. If you have fine, flat hair I can see where this product would not work. If you have have thick (or thick curly) hair like me, this product is fantastic. I use this with the Acure Conditioner AND Deva Curl Coconut Cream. The result is always a head of corkscrew curls that are soft to the touch. It does not weigh my hair down at all. I LOVE the smell also - like almond oil. I would recommend this to anyone with the appropriate type hair.My scalp started reacting badly to shampoos with chemicals (sulphate, etc) by falling out! So I have been trying different natural/non-chemical shampoos. Many are prohibitively expensive, this one is on the pricey side because I think it is shipped from the US? It is made in the US anyway, which gives me confidence that what is on the ingredients list is actually what is in the product (unlike products made in China). I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for a few months now and I am really pleased with the results. My scalp is no longer irritated, the hair stopped falling out, and I can see new growth as well. I can't say this shampoo and conditioner fixed everything because I also used jojoba and argan oil on my scalp as well. But what I can say for sure is that my hair is well moisturised by these products. Usually after shampooing my hair feels like straw, but not with this shampoo. And I usually use argan oil after shampoo and conditioning, however I can skip it sometimes. This is a quality product and I will continue using it. My husband also has dry hair and he thinks it is worth the price too. He loves marzipan so the scent is a bonus!I bought this shampoo on the recommendation of a CG on YouTube, who said that it met all the conditions of a CG friendly shampoo (no sulfates, parabens and silicones) and smelled great and didnt lather. WHAT A LOAD OF BULL! It lathers like mad, dries up the hair into straw (Argan oil my ^$$), and smells of almond extract (yuk). I absolutely hate it. I really really wanted to love it, especially considering it seems to have a ton of natural stuff in it, but I'm not even sure that they are telling the complete truth about their ingredients. When a shampoo lathers as much as this one, there's something fishy going on. Never gonna buy this again.Great product one of the few shampoos I have found without sodium chloride (salt) and other nasties which have been stripping my curly hair of moisture. Due to no sodium chloride would also be good for keratin treated hair.great for curly hair, I've always struggled to find a curly girl friendly shampoo, but this one is great. also smells like almondsFantastic.Only shampoo that doesn't leave me with a rash all over my face . Please don't change the ingredients
