I am 6' tall and weigh around 325lbs. I wear a size 26ish regularly so I ordered thr 4XL here. Looking for shorts to get back into walking/running with. These are a little big, which was a pleasant surprise. Based on reviews, I was worried they'd be too small. I was able to get them right with the drawstring so not a problem. I live running shorts with built-in underwear so I was happy about that. I've only walked in them once but they were comfy and breathable. I was going to buy more but the price jumped up. I will definitely buy again if the price goes down.
